Rental & Return Policy

Use safe and suitable transport for pickup and deliver-do not use pickup 4×4 (high risk) if still want to use it the security deposit will be higher -starting from Rm 500 & above.

For Every rent slot start from Wednesday to next Tuesday (6 days). Cut off time for return is Tuesday 7pm. Any items damage or late return may forbided the deposit.

If you are late to return (after Tuesday 7pm) and cause the next user unable to collect the items, you need to take the responsibility to send the items to next user.

For booking and reservation, please make minimum 50% payment to lock down the date and items. The balance need to be paid before or during pick up session (if any).

Security deposit (refundable) is needed depends on the value amount: 

• Rental Value before RM400 = RM300 deposit

• Rental Value from RM401-RM800 = RM500 deposit

• Rental Value from RM800-1200 = RM900 deposit

Deposit will be returned on 2-5 working days after items returned.
